Meet Ryan Menzies

Founder and Director

ClearCasa was created to help international buyers navigate the property-buying process in Spain with greater clarity, preparation and control.

Ryan has 20 years of experience in web development, alongside experience in business management and business automation.

The idea grew from Ryan’s own experience of buying property in Spain. He saw how quickly buyers can be asked to make important decisions, sign documents or arrange substantial payments—often while coordinating estate agents, lawyers, banks and other professionals.

He leads ClearCasa’s product direction, combining his technical and commercial experience with first-hand understanding of the Spanish property-buying process.

ClearCasa brings the process together in one structured place, helping buyers understand each stage, keep track of their progress and prepare for the conversations and decisions ahead.

Estate agencies with a ClearCasa subscription can provide their clients with access to the Buyer Hub to help them prepare for their property purchase. ClearCasa does not receive property sales commissions, professional referral fees or success-based payments, and we do not recommend particular properties or professionals.

Buyers remain free to search across the market and choose their own property, estate agent, lawyer, mortgage provider and other professionals.
