ClearCasa is a personalised Purchase Navigator for international buyers in Spain. It helps you understand what matters, connect important details and stay in control before you offer, reserve, sign or pay.
No. ClearCasa is not an estate agency and does not exist to sell you a property. We help buyers navigate the whole purchase alongside the estate agent, lawyer, bank and other professionals involved.
ClearCasa is for international buyers who are researching, viewing properties, preparing to make an offer, or already trying to organise the early stages of buying property in Spain.
Buying property abroad can feel fragmented and unclear. ClearCasa exists to give buyers a clearer route through the process, with practical guidance, milestones, checklists, and a Buyer Hub to keep things organised.
No. ClearCasa can help whether you are still researching, actively viewing properties, close to making an offer, or already trying to understand what comes next.
Yes. Getting Ready and Property Search, including Area Finder, are free. Buyer+ is coming very soon for the later property-specific journey.

Yes. Buyers should use independent legal advice for the specific property, documents, contracts, checks, and completion process.
ClearCasa helps you see what to clarify, but does not provide specific legal, technical, tax or regulated mortgage advice, perform due diligence, or negotiate as your appointed agent.
ClearCasa helps you understand what type of professional support you may need and what questions to ask. You remain responsible for choosing and appointing professionals. ClearCasa does not receive professional referral fees and has no financial incentive to steer you towards a particular professional.
Depending on your situation, you may need a lawyer, mortgage broker, tax adviser, currency specialist, surveyor, architect, technical inspector, insurance provider, or other qualified professional.
ClearCasa is a guidance and organisation layer. Legal, financial, tax, and technical advice should always come from qualified professionals.

Yes. Lawyers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, relocation specialists and other buyer-side professionals are welcome to discuss useful collaboration. ClearCasa does not receive professional referral fees and does not financially benefit from steering buyer choices.
No. ClearCasa helps buyers become better prepared, better organised, and better informed before and during their work with professionals.
